Valerie was my first choice and I'm grateful that she accepted my case. She was THE win as I did not intend to "win" my case rather resolve in a timely manner and to mutual satisfaction. She explained every detail and made sure I understand everything I sign. She was very reasonable - tried on the lenses of the other side, and communicated with the opposite side attorney to the benefit of the case. She was very organized, did not waste a minute of her time or mine, and replied to my calls and emails just as I needed her to reply. All in all, I cannot conceive any detail of my case to be resolved any better than Valerie has resolved it. Although I certainly do not intend to go through a divorce again, if I must have Valerie would be, again and every time, my first choice.

I am very thankful that we used Attorney Botter for mediation during our divorce. She was very organized, knowledgeable, compassionate, fair, professional and very comforting during this obviously difficult process. Especially during the Pandemic. Attorney Valerie Botter has represented me in a very difficult negotiated modification of some of the terms of my divorce. What has made her work exceptional are her settlement skills. She has been kind and supportive, but also honest and forthright. I never had to worry that I was being misled or promised more than was realistic. She is thorough, detailed, and diligent about her work, incredibly efficient with her time, and fair with her rates.
