When you think of being a dad getting full custody is normally something you assume wont happen ... however Mrs.Branson, Won my case by miles and i got everything i asked for she was quick to respond and handle emergent matters.
1000/10 I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany Branson. She represented me in a child custody case and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was excellent—she kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood all of my options before any decisions were made. Tiffany was very forthcoming, honest, and always realistic about possible outcomes, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful time. She truly cared about my situation and worked hard to ensure the best outcome for my child. On top of that, she was very affordable and transparent about costs, which I greatly appreciated. Tiffany’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication make her an exceptional attorney, and I would highly recommend her to anyone facing a custody matter.
Couldn’t ask for a more caring and professional attorney to work with. Answered all my questions, communication is amazing and trustworthy. Highly recommend to anyone needing an attorney who will go to work for you!!
Ms. Branson did an amazing job for my family and I. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard-working. She always explained in detail the information that was important. She is an amazing attorney and an even better person.
I myself had gotten into trouble in Parker County and was not able to afford an attorney so she was representing me. I had called her office collect the second I found out who my attorney was but she does not accept collect calls due to the fact they are being recorded. An hour later, my attorney was at the jail to see me. Because she was appointed to me, I felt as if she would not work as hard for me, but she got everything I wanted on my plea and was always kind to my family as well.
All I can say is good luck she does not travel out of town fails to apply the law. Did nothing that I requested of her other than file the motion to with draw. Which at that point I represented myself and charge was dismissed the following day. According to Tiffany N. Branson the case law I used for the dismissal would not help me. That was one of multiply lies I was told.Very Unethical.
