Deborah was hired by my soon to be ex husband. We came to an agreement. I signed and notarized the papers and mailed them certified. Per the agreement she was to mail my settlement check by certified 2 day mail. It has been 2 weeks since I received confirmation that she received my papers. Have caught her in lies and she TRIES to give you the run around. Was promised the tracking number this morning. it is now 5 pm. No certified letter has shown up and she refuses to give me the tracking number. She is in breach of contract. I have filed a grievance against her.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
