Mr. Mark is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, he served as a prosecutor in New Jersey. He argued numerous cases in the Appellate Division and submitted briefs to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Mark argued many times before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
