Reagan M. Smith joined The Hale Law Firm in 2021 and is focusing her practice on helping families navigate the estate planning and probate processes.
Reagan graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School in May of 2021. At Baylor, Reagan was an Executive Editor of Baylor Law Review, and her article, Who Can You Trust? The Scope of an Informal Fiduciary Duty in Texas was published in the Spring 2021 edition. Reagan was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society, the school’s Appellate Advocacy Association, and an active participant in the advocacy program. Before law school, Reagan graduated cum laude from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, from the Brock School of Business in economics.
Reagan is from Fort Worth, Texas. Reagan is a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth. She enjoys attending Texas Rangers baseball games, coaching a special needs baseball team, OrangeTheory, traveling and spending time with her family, kitten, and friends.
