She did an excellent job of translating legal terms into lay-persons' concepts. She was thorough and meticulous in preparation of my trust and will documents, particularly in regard to how my retirement accounts and IRAs needed to be handled to avoid mishandling or probate.
She was very professional but still very personable, was so very helpful to my mother before her death and to me after my mother's death. Helped avoid probate and made things so much easier for me as my first experience being a trustee.
I was charged $500 for an initial consultation. Had I known she would charge $250 per hour I would not have met with her. I feel she took advantage of the situation and over charged me for the services she rendered.
