I felt pressured in becoming a corporation by him and my husband without knowing my best interests or rights if their were any problems like a divorce or if my husband passed away what would happen to the business or me in the future? I felt he was just interested in making money.
My experience with Walden Law was very negative. I engaged them in May 2025 to help me settle an estate. Initially they were very helpful but after a couple weeks they completely "ghosted" me. They did not respond to my phone messages or my emails. I realize Walden Law was not going to make a lot of money helping me but to completely ignore me was highly unprofessional. At the very least, they could have explained why they were unwilling or unable to assist me.
We used Patrick Schultz, one of their attorneys to create my father's living trust. He failed to put the bulk of the assets into the trust. We were devastated when we found out. We paid him $1530 for nothing. We had several objectives for creating the trust which we shared with him and let us down on both counts. We are just heartsick over this.
