Hired Attorney Atty. John Remmers

Meeting with him as a lawyer on our family on estate planning, was a big mistake. Despite meeting him in advance. When he later met with our parents, he very smoothly convinced our parents to sit on their estate and do zero to distribute it to their family. We were spinning. The outcome will ensure their life’s hard earned savings will not get transferred to their family, rather it will all get consumed in nursing home care / healthcare expense or delayed toa point it won’t be helpful, and they won’t see the benefit. In the end he only provided an opinion that has created huge discourse among family members. We won’t use him again.

Hired Law Firm

Chaotic and disorganized might be how I describe this firm. Their team, even long time partners, changes often. My lawyer left in the middle of my case. Their billing, difficult to understand. If you do sign on with them, don't accept the clause in their contract that forces you to make billing complaints within 30 days. In the heat of a legal dispute, you will not remember to do this. Ultimately they were rude and did not treat me like a customer. I never finished my case with this law firm.
