This guardian ad litem has refused to investigate my case, communicate and retaliated against me and recommended my parenting time be reduced with out cause. For evidence see case 22-22-0322 I've filed complaints against him for breach of fiduciary duty

Used Joe Poell for my divorce attorney for well over a year. He did extremely poor the entire time and even quit on me and my daughter in front of the judge as we were fighting for custody of our three dogs. He is never prepared when we go to court and was unsure of the facts of our case even after representing me and my two kids for over a year. If you are looking for a divorce attorney I would consider any other attorney besides him!

Hired Attorney Joseph Poell

Beware of this attorney, will take your money and not fight for you. Also does not know all the state and federal laws for child support. This attorney has cost me alot of money. Also, good luck in getting someone to answer the phone let alone call you back.
