If you want a good attorney that stands behind you and represents you in your case you can't go wrong with Jim. Jim has the experience, knowledge, integrity and expertise to battle and fight for his client. He won't sell you short and goes above and beyond to satisfy his client. It's very easy to become frustrated and overwhelmed at times and I am very disappointed in myself that I did not give Jim the respect and praise he deserved for taking charge and guiding me to where I am today.

Mr. Ballard provided his legal expertise to my family as he worked on my exceptionally difficult workman's compensation case. We were astonished by the exorbitant energy he put forth toward my case. His ability to grasp, understand and utilize all the components intertwined in my case was unbelievable. Although, I did not always show him the patience, I now understand he deserved, he was always patient, understanding and instructive during my case. Call Mr. Ballard, he's the best!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
