Hired Attorney Mr. Jonathan Rogers

I started out with a different attorney during a very difficult period of my life. That person did nothing to help my two children or myself, but wasn't too upset to take the money I was dishing out. Jonathan was different. He listened to the case. He helped me as much as he could, and he reassured me all will be ok, over time. And over time, with the Trust of Jonathan, I was able to protect my children, and allowed to move on with my life. I am very grateful!

Hired Law Firm

We worked with Matthew Clark in forming an LLC and with estate planning. He was very responsive and accessible. He was easy to work with and was willing to work with us and our consultants to create the legal documents we needed, not some cookie cutter, one-size fits all document. We would definitely recommend Weeks & Hutchins and Matthew Clark.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jonathan Rogers

There were errors in my claim that caused unnecessary delays. Information that was provided to Mr. Rogers by myself was not then passed along to the SSDI reps causing further delays. Overall the job got done but not in a timely fashion.

Hired Law Firm

Matthew Clark failed to file documents within the court timelines and was sanctioned. Then 9 months later it is discovered (the morning of the trial in Belfast Superior Court) that he also failed to submit the witness and exhibits list. The defendant's attorney had all exhibits suppressed-Matthew Clark pretty much quit and my case failed. Matthew Clark stated he did the best he could and there is always a loser. Yes, Matthew Clark is a loser and is a partner in the firm.
