The last correspondence I received from his office resembled the abilities of a fifth grader.
Dragged out process, never returned calls, Missed many deadlines , paid them thousands for the headache of dealing with them, had no respect for us, think he's prob a good guy but bad customer treatment, must have too many clients , never seemed to have our best interest in mind, Worst experience I had there was on a different matter, dealt with mindy, She has issues with showing any kind of respect for people. Definitely thinks she's better than you , makes deals to benefit herself
WOULD ANYONE HAPPEN TO KNOW WHY TERRY SUTTON RETIRED WITHOUT TELLING HIS CURRENT CLIENTS AND JUST VINISHED AND CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE WITH ANY INFO IN WHO TOOK OVER HIS CASES SO EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAUER? SO I CAN GET MY FILES BACK ANYTHING INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANKS
This lawyer was atrocious. He did not return a single phone call or e-mail that i sent to him. My case was about 5 years ago and I am still mad at this guy and his staff. I attribute my felony to this man, Terry Sutton. Had he answered my calls and e-mails, I could have had a fight in trial that could have gotten me off, based on the fact that i did not "knowingly" do what I did. I am still livid that i actually had to pay this man back having been my public defender. If he is assigned as your public defender, sell your house and car before you deal with this useless "attorney"
Terry has up and disappeared in the middle of my case anybody else had this problem thank thank you just curious where he is or what I need to do or if this is happening anybody else or anything anything what
Absolutely horrific experience trying to file bankruptcy with these people, they missed every deadline, never returned a call or email. Awful staff and attorneys. Do not give them your money. You will be one of hundreds of people threatening to file malpractice on them. Jo is incompetent and rude. Steer clear. Shod be barred from practicing law.
Literally DOES NOT answer my phone calls. Doesn't call back. What does he even do? I've had a warrant for YEARS and he is the public defender I was appointed so I am stuck with him. BUT HE WONT HANDLE MY WARRANT. Lol SUCH A JOKE.
Office staff is rude and unethical. Mr. Sutton refuses to return calls. Mindy Werder said to me "We represent over 500 clients, we don't have time to talk to everyone whenever THEY want." She also said, "Threats don't scare us, we get threatened to be reported to the BAR all the time."
