I have been using Attorney Vasken Babigian for 15 years as both a buyer and seller, and I'm very pleased with his services. Except for rare occasions when there are many closings at the end of the month, he has been very responsive and documents all communications (almost exclusively by email), but he communicates even when he's not able to provide immediate attention to my case.

Just sat on documents without providing them to us on time. Closing was haphazard, there were charges there which were wrong and we would have overpaid if we had not scrutinized them more carefully. He just hurried us through the closing.
