Hired Law Firm

Mr Fischer and mr Zaiter were my attorneys for a preliminary hearing in a serious criminal case. They were sharp and happy to take my $5000 retainer. What they didn’t explain was if charges are dropped at a preliminary hearing, but ends up in trial, the trial/judge/jury can consider a guilty plea on ALL original counts. Had I known this, I would have probably never hired them. Their examination of discovery, possible defenses and cross-examination avenues were suburb.
