Hired Attorney Jeffrey Powell

Jef represented me in a child endangerment case. A 4 wheeler accident with my son. Although we did not prevail in winning. Due to the state cheating. Mr Tindal was outstanding! From the moment he took my case I felt supported. I didn't know much of anything regarding the court system, and even though I bothered him frequently, he never let me feel like I wasn't being heard or being a nuisance. He would quickly get back to me. He would explain not only what was happening in the now, but what we could probably expect in the short future. He got my case dismissed, and truly was so helpful and reassuring.

Luckily, he didn’t represent me, but I am why you can find his name in the Iowa Supreme Court’s disciplinary board statements; that is comically attached to every one of his online advertisement profiles.
