Trina Kwon represents domestic and international clients in the technology and communications sectors, handling transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. She advises digital infrastructure operators and financial institutions on federal and state licensing and regulatory issues related to investments and acquisitions of telecommunications, media, and technology entities.
