About Sara Faber

Sara Faber practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her prior cases involved multidistrict antitrust litigation, insurance defense, and bankruptcy law. She is also proud to have represented incarcerated individuals in Eighth Amendment suits in a pro bono capacity.

Ms. Faber previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Donald Middlebrooks in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Faber received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was an Executive Editor of the Duke Law Journal and served as Co-President of the American Constitution Society.
