He served as a Commissioner in Chancery of the Fairfax Circuit Court for over ten (10) years, and CEO/Chairman of the Board of a Federal Credit Union for over seven (7) years. He is a permanent member of the prestigious Judicial Conference of the Fourth Circuit.
