I retained Nicholas regarding an employment law matter that was very tricky! Needless to say, 99.99% of the cases in this area result in an unfavorable outcome. Nicholas quickly guided us to a successful outcome and we ended up in the 0.01% that have a positive outcome! I am incredibly impressed! He had substantial experience in the area, attended conferences where it was discussed, and had discussed the matter with attorneys on various sides of the matter so he knew how every side would view it. He did not need to research the matter and knew the law in great detail! Additionally, we were constrained on time, so we needed his assistance several times within a constrained window. Nicholas and his team went way out of their way to help us, explain how everything works, and help us navigate through the issue to a successful outcome! I will use him and his team again! I recommend him to others as well! Exceptional experience! He made a very stressful experience so much better!

Whistleblower Litigation

My husband hired the Employment Law Group for illegal termination during FMLA/Sarbanes-Oxley whistle blowing retaliation violations from Fannie Mae on 10/29/2019. Since then, Woodfield excessively and unethically billed over $138k during COVID lockdown during 2020-2021. He made inept decisions without my husband’s consent including changed the lawsuit from unlawful termination during FMLA to Racism minutes before the trial. Most importantly, he missed the SOX extension of 180 days when my husband was critically ill. https://www.zuckermanlaw.com/sp_faq/statute-limitations-sox-whistleblower-retaliation-case/ This article clearly states 180 days can be extended for extenuating circumstances. He stated SOX retaliation lawsuit deadline was 180 days and he missed it by few days. This review is not about TELG losing the case, it’s about Woodfield accused my husband lying about his physical/mental illness/disability even after he talked to all the doctors stretching the bill to $138K.
