Erin Gastrock focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on employment litigation. She represents public and private employers in matters involving discrimination and harassment, restrictive covenants, wrongful discharge and retaliation, workplace investigations, and wage and hour disputes, including class and collective actions.
Erin regularly defends employers in federal and state employment litigation involving a broad range of workplace disputes. She has experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, mediation statements, and position statements for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Erin also advises employers on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws. She assists with the development and implementation of company policies, employee handbooks, and preventive workplace practices.
