Hired Attorney James R. Mayock

Jim Mayock and his associates have been helping me and my wife in a 2 year battle with USCIS. Their attention to detail, preparation procedures, and clear communication have been nothing short of extremely beneficial and crucial for my obtaining my permanent resident card. {para}Jim and his associates were well worth the time and funds that were given to their services. {para}We highly recommend their services.

If you want your immigration case to be filed correctly and on time, then RUN AWAY!!! Everyone knows that the US immigration is a very long and painful process so you need a good attorney to help you get through, but E&M is unfortunately a firm that makes everything WORSE than ever. My experience with them was horrible and they did such a terrible job such as: - Extremely slow with everything (they spent 2x ~ 3x time working on my case compared to the normal processing time; i.e. It took them 7 MONTHS to simply finalize my job description???) - Ghosted you for several weeks, later silently changed your attorney, and there's no transition process so the new attorney started everything over again. (It happened THREE TIMES!) - Didn't proactively share the approval notice from the US government and delay my case for other "prioritized and urgent" cases. It happened to both my PWD and PERM approval notices and almost made my certified PWD expired. - A LOT OF TYPOS in the forms
