About E. Paige Boggs

Paige Boggs represents public entities in complex litigation involving consumer fraud and other matters.

Her casework has included representing the Mississippi Attorney General in litigation seeking to hold subprime auto lenders accountable for allegedly fraudulent lending and collection practices and assisting multiple states in litigation alleging deceptive marketing of dangerous vehicles with Takata airbags. Paige is counsel for a governmental entity in litigation against e-cigarette manufacturer JUUL, alleging unfair and deceptive marketing and sales practices. She also represents the U.S. Virgin Islands in litigation against the Estate of Jeffrey Epstein and related parties under the territory’s Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. In addition, Paige is assisting multiple jurisdictions with investigations relating to drug pricing.

Prior to joining Motley Rice, Paige served as an Assistant Attorney General and Supervising Attorney for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. While there, she led a coalition of State Attorneys General in combatting health fraud, and co-led multiple executive committees for multistate investigations and settlements against pharmaceutical and device manufacturers and mortgage servicers. Previously, Paige served as a law clerk for the Consumer Litigation Section of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, where she received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Public Service.
