About David G. Mata, Ph.D.

Dr. David G. Mata focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. He counsels clients from various fields, including biologics, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, on patent life cycle management, freedom-to-operate, and patent validity/invalidity analyses. David also has experience securing, defending, and challenging patents through patent prosecution and contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
