Anushka Stein counsels clients on domestic and international regulations related to privacy, cybersecurity, advertising and promotions, consumer product safety, hazardous materials transportation, and environmental matters. Within these areas, she provides guidance to clients on compliance and risk management strategies. She also represents clients in regulatory enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Anushka worked in private practice, as well as for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). While in law school, she served as an editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
