Hired Attorney John A. Toro Esq.

First of all, my name is Kiara Rose Ritchie, I had searched for hours on end with no hope to get help for myself and my case when I called John’s office and they said they were willing to help me! So far John has stayed on the phone with me answering questions when I had meetings with him for over 45 minutes and he’s also let my family asks questions. I call usually more than once a week and the team has always been kind and caring to me. His Paralegal Yansi has been amazing when John has been busy, she answers my questions and if she isn’t sure she asks John right away. My case isn’t fully complete yet so I will definitely come back and finish my review, but don’t let those bad reviews of John fool you! If it wasn’t for John and Yansi I wouldn’t be where I am right now! A HUGE thank you to John and his team for what they have done for me so far! The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
