A little heavy on the jargon, and more interested in the Real estate agents than myself or the home seller, but fairly friendly

Seller beware. I would not do business with this firm. Case in point, I sold my house and the closing was today. My attorney acted in good faith and gave this firm the closing documents. This firm was the settling attorney for the buyers. . The deed was transferred and recorded in NK Town Hall at 2:38 PM today and this firm did not disburse my money owed to me TODAY. So I’m sitting here on the day of the closing with my property recorded in someone else’s name (I.e., I don’t own the property anymore) and I don’t have a cent to show for it. I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible way to do business.
