Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Christopher was always very professional and well organized. I have referred other people to him for legal matters.
I have known Chris for eight years. We have used his services on a number of occasions -personal injury, wills, power of attorney, and assistance with an issue with a real estate developer. We have also referred other people to him on several occasions as well. He and his staff are extremely organized and willing to assist in any way possible. Chris is a good person, trustworthy, and honest - which is more important to me than just about anything else.
Chris is the managing partner at the firm. Ultimately he makes important decisions that affect many people. I contacted him to tell about the "facts" and to make him aware that his firm let my case slip thru the cracks and 5 years later my daughter and I are paying the proverbial price. He was quick to deny any wrong doing on his firms end and quickly suggested he would and could post my public records online to show I didn't show up at court, 5 years after the fact of where the real issues transpired (June/July 2018). He didn't even check the facts and the file before having a a defensive reaction to my concerns relative to how his firm handled my case. Christopher knows Judge McCaan was formerly a partner at Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum and knows first hand Jesse Nason or anyone from K & K ever did cases with this Judge, as it is a clear conflict of interest. These lawyers at this firm can't tell each other the truth to protect their egos, therefore leaving clients to suffer. Scary.
I am extremely disappointed with the legal representation provided by Jesse Nason, with approval and under the guidance & supervision, of Chris Russo, during my divorce case. Their approach, especially in the early and most critical phases of the process, was highly unprofessional and, in my view, crossed ethical boundaries. Key decisions were made without the necessary care, thoroughness, or strategic foresight, which ultimately caused substantial and irreversible damage to my case. These missteps placed an overwhelming burden on my subsequent legal team, significantly undermining the final outcome of my divorce.
Jesse and Chris exhibited unprofessional and unethical behavior during my legal case. A significant conflict of interest arose when Jesse, despite the clear ethical implications, proceeded with my case before Judge John Mccaan III, who was a former partner at K&K. I was compelled to terminate Jesse's services due to this conflict. However, I faced severe repercussions, including being denied visitation rights to my child, which I attribute to retaliation for my actions. Chris, as a supervising partner, failed to address this conflict of interest and ensure proper representation. Their primary focus appeared to be financial gain, regardless of the potential harm caused to my case and my relationship with my child. K&K's actions were negligent and have had a devastating impact on my family. Their subsequent attempts at intimidation further demonstrate a lack of professionalism and ethical responsibility, such as emailing and or calling me and telling me they are filing complaints vs me.
I hereby formally denounce the highly unprofessional and unethical conduct exhibited by attorneys Jesse Nason and Chris Russo during my legal proceedings. A grave conflict of interest emerged when Mr. Nason, despite the clear ethical violations, persisted in representing me before Judge John McCaan III, a former partner at K&K. This blatant disregard for ethical standards compelled me to terminate Mr. Nason's services. However, this decision resulted in severe and detrimental consequences, including the unjust denial of visitation rights to my child. I strongly believe these repercussions constitute retaliatory actions for my decision to address the ethical breach. Mr. Chris Russo, as the supervising partner, demonstrated a profound failure to recognize and address this significant conflict of interest. His apparent prioritization of financial gain over the integrity of my case and the well-being of my child is deeply concerning.
