Hired Law Firm

Failure to file a QDRO in a divorce action lost me a pension upon my husband's death. The state of Rhode Island ruled that it was not a code of ethics violation but that it was malpractice. Unable to find an Attorney in Florida to act on my behalf and no response from Mr. Vealey after thousands of dollars.
