Katarzyna Stochnialek specializes in advising on infrastructure projects, including those with a public component. She advises on projects implemented in the form of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions for works and services as well as those implemented in the private sector or exempted from statutory procedural regimes. She specializes in public procurement law as well as administrative and public law, in particular in the context of the functioning of local government units. Katarzyna is actively involved in the design, preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects in various sectors, including civil engineering, water and wastewater management, transport, revitalization and energy, with a particular focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency. She advises both public and private sector entities. Her experience also includes preparing pre-implementation analyses, preparing and managing procedures and drafting and negotiating contracts.
