Hired Attorney

Mr. Erickson helped me and my family deal with a real estate transfer for an estate that was not probated. He was knowledgeable about the subject matter offering several options to resolve the problem. His fees were reasonable.

Mr. Erickson and his staff which includes his wife Cindy provide a compassionate full service Law Practice. He represented me for a real estate closing and my & my families wills. Jeff and his office staff always kept me apprised of all schedule changes and appointment times. I've known Jeff and his wife Cindy for many years and they are a great team who always make sure you feel valued and confident. I would and have recommended this Law Practice to both family and friends over the years starting in the late '80s when Jeff's parents were living on the 2nd & 3rd floors of this historical Warsaw home that I would go ice skating at with my uncle Jamie VanArsdale in the '70s and early '80s when it was still occupied by the Gouinlocke Family, my uncle's Aunt and Great Grandparents home for many years.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
