Attorney Curt P. Bogen was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. After graduating from Warren G. Harding, he received Degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management at Kent State University's College of Business, where he worked extensively with the Goodyear Executive Professors in a variety of programs. After graduating from Kent State, Attorney Bogen attended Washington University In St. Louis, a top 15 Law School. While attending, he re-started the Champ Clark Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and was elected as the first President of the rechartered chapter. During Law School, Attorney Bogen additionally completed coursework in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
Following completion of his Juris Doctorate in 1989, Bogen was selected by his own graduating class to receive the prestigious Carter-Tedrow Award, and was the First Law Student in the history of Washington University to be selected as Commencement Speaker at his own commencement.
After returning to Ohio, Attorney Bogen served as a Referee (now referred to as a Magistrate) in the Trumbull County Probate Court, and has served as an Acting Prosecutor (as needed) for ten (10) years in the Niles Municipal Court, and later, for several years in the Newton Falls Municipal Court. He opened The Law Office of Attorney Curt P. Bogen, LLC, his private practice in Niles in 1991. After 33 years, he relocated to his current address at 3843 East Market Street, Warren, Ohio. As he says,

Attorney Bogen has served on the Executive Committee of the Trumbull County Bar Association, where he currently sits on the Family Law Committee as well as the Bar Applicants Committee. He is also a 2013 inductee in the Warren City High Schools Distinguished Alumni Association.
Attorney Bogen has donated his time and resources, serving many civic and philanthropic organizations, including but not limited to The Solace Center, Someplace Safe (Trumbull County's Domestic Violence Shelter), The American Hreart Association, The March of Dimes, 2 North Park, Community Solutions, Inc., Coleman Group (Trumbull Advisory Board), Mobile Meals of Trumbull County, the Trumbull County Children Services Board, The Warren Sports Hall Of Fame, The Clarence Darrow Clinic, and many others.
