My husband and I are separated and I needed information on some concerns that were in the separation agreement filed with the court. Bob found some things that he thought he could correct but it had been over 15 months since filing and he couldn't help me out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will use him again in the future.

Elise Burkey was the gal for my son twice, in the 5 year process she upheld the decision by my son's mother removing him from the private school I paid for, in which I was following the court orders. She upheld my son's mother having custody despite not following the visitation orders consistently for five years, all of the issues had been brought up as contempt yet no judge or magistrate would uphold the law. At this point my son is in a unaccredited online school failing the majority of his classes and I have seen him 15 times in thr last 3 years. I should have him half the time according to the judges orders. In no way did Elise Burkey do anything positive or even uphold the court orders in place for the vest interest of my son.
