Staff is rude, uncooperative and unresponsive. It is always a problem to communicate with anyone in office. Boss overlooks but doesn't fix issues. Paperwork seems to cover all areas client wants and needs but is often not accepted by many institutions as well as not able to be interpreted without explaination. Staff says too bad that happens to you. It is just how it is. Updates to paperwork are not possible for reasonable fees. Are all lawyers this bad?
