I am an attorney in California, but my family is from Huntington Indiana and a trust from my grandfather created needed reformation. Mr. Wiley worked diligently and found a way for everyone involved in the reformation to come out a winner. Mr. Garrett is an excellent attorney. He very organized, fights hard for the rights of his client, and very well respected. You are in good hands if you ever decide to use him for your attorney.
I thought the lawyer I had did a pretty good job on my case. I do think that he had a large number of clientele, as a lot of the gathering of many difficult to get a hold of papers was left to me to try and get. I also wish he would have gone in deeper with what could happen scenarios. I did not feel 100% sure of myself when I had to go before the Indiana State Trustee. My attorney was very nice and he tried to explain things as best he could but I think he had too many other backlogged cases
