I was very anxious and made several calls for updates almost daily. Everyone understood my situation and was very respectful not getting frustrated with me. When I called anyone who answered the phone was informative and could answer each and every question. When I randomly came into town, the entire firm took time to meet with me without an appointment since I was conducting business from another state. In the end I was extremely pleased and highly recommend Mr. Williams and the firm!
