Hired Attorney John McKay

Mr. Mckay was hired to look over Contracts for an FBO with the City of Livermore that included a long term ground lease with the City. He failed to recognize that the lease agreement with the city would cause us to have to pay property taxes on leased land. This caused us to incur an additional $15K per year in expenses that we had not accounted for. His only job was to let us know of any pitfalls in the agreement that might be harmful to the business. He failed.

Hired Law Firm

Hired this firm to go over some contracts with the city of Livermore and County of Alameda. Not only did Scott McKay miss a key component of the contract that allowed the county to collect $15,000 per year from me on land I didn't own, but leased, he wrote up contracts full of loopholes. I spent over $20,000 with him and it was a total waste.{para}Scott McKay, ended up costing my company $120,000.00 from incompetent contract review, + the $20,000 I paid! Even worse, when I refused to pay the rem
