Talbot law group represented me during my mom’s estate. They rigorously defended my interests, made themselves available for all questions, concerns. They explained and allowed me to know my options. The firm and lawyers Matthew and Elisabeth handled the court and filings considerably well. I can’t recommend this firm more highly. They were a light in a very dark tunnel and being in their care , as their client, brought reassurance and the best outcome possible.

Matthew and his firm worked around the clock to ensure my interests were protected. They communicated, demonstrated full transparency and demonstrated a profound level of professionalism to court proceedings, filings The honesty and integrity of the firm resonated n both in direct communication at all times, and also with the court. The firm had a reputation for honest , moralistic and ethical behavior.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My brother & I were in a nightmare situation with a supposed reputable law firm that was handling our mothers trust. After 2+ years of incompetence & ignored phone calls we hired Talbot law firm. Mathew, Elizabeth & Emily were awesome!!! Not only did they help us clear up the mess & complete the trust, they did it in a very short period of time. They were all so nice, knowledgeable, professional & caring. I am now having them update my trust. Loosing a loved one is devastating & having a trusted firm with caring people makes all the difference.

After reviewing the issues related to my case, Mr. Talbot relayed potential outcomes from worst case to best. The information gave me the ability to make an informed decision as to whether I should proceed with my case or not. During the course of my case, I feel that Mr. Talbot kept me informed of the goings on.I found him to be prepared and knowledgeable about the law as it related to my case. I was pleased with the eventual outcome.

Working with this lawyer was a mistake he’s a Wolf in Sheep clothing. We needed an attorney to represent us in court due to the paralegal service rep couldn’t go any further in the court with her credentials she had already filed the paperwork for us to be seen and heard all documents were in order and ready to go.Mr. Talbot and his associates charged us $10,000 for a document that was already filed by our paralegal secretary to remove a trustee from the trust. Him and his team created unnecessary documents that were not needed for this case. When Talbot went to court for us and presented the document the judge took one look at it and threw him and our case out the door. How embarrassing for us. This attorney and his associates are Money Hungry Sharks that prey on the public. No way would I recommend this team of attorneys to anyone.

He's $10 grand per month. If you can do that go for it! Ripped me off. Did nothing for $10 grand. I hired him and was hooked up with an attorney there. She told me that I had plenty of money, I still had 1/2 left to go to court with. I was relieved. She left to get married and this is where the large firm will get you. I was given another attorney who I never spoke with. I got the invoice and there was no money left in the account. I had to pay for each attorney! I talked to Matthew and asked, "Where did all the money go?" He replied, "I can no longer be your attorney." Unable to ask him about my money in the account was not in the contract. Who can afford that?!

Don't recommend I paid him over 30,000 in a couple of .months then when I could not afford anymore then he kept harassing me stating he would get Jill moses the women who abused my father so he said he would get paid from my share of my inherentence he worked a week longer because as soon as he got control of that all he did was go along with the other side and made settlement deals behind my back he accidently sent the email to my brother in law as he tried to hide it from me so I confronted him and he said well I know you would say no so that's why I was not informed! He is a over charging corrupt attorney it also comes across in the court room that the judge has a problem with him please look up the company called cear on Facebook advacates for corrupt probate attorneys in contra costa county he is one of the THIS WEEKS HALL OF SHAME PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE ANY PROBATE ATTORNEY IN CONTRA COSTS COUNTY!
