After my accident I did not know to do. I was a busy college student who could not afford to spend hours on the phone talking with the insurance company. Monte Willis stepped in and took over talking with them for me. He also answered any questions I had about what was going on with my claim. He explained the steps and the process. He showed genuine concern about my health and getting me back to where I was before the accident. If I need another lawyer again, I am going to go to Mr. Willis.
