Stephanie L. DeLuca, Esq. is a valued member of Maggs McDermott & DiCicco’s litigation team who has been described by clients as knowledgeable, reliable, and patient in guiding them through the litigation process. Recent successful representation includes resolving a consumer fraud claim against a contractor and obtaining insurance coverage for a national franchisor. Before joining the Firm, Ms. DeLuca served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Brown in the Superior Court of New Jersey and then as an associate at two other New Jersey law firms.
Ms. DeLuca focuses her practice on litigation. She is a zealous advocate with experience litigating cases in State and Federal Courts concerning a broad range of legal issues including commercial litigation, employer/employee disputes, breach of contract claims, insurance coverage claims, business disputes, and debtor/creditor disputes.
Ms. DeLuca received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, magna cum laude, from the University of Hartford where she was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honors Society. She received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. While at RWU Law, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for being the highest scoring student in her legal writing and trial advocacy classes.
In 2022, Ms. DeLuca was selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, a peer-nominating service.
Ms. DeLuca is a member of the bar in New Jersey, the United States District Court for New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
