Hired Attorney Thomas Cole

Do not hire this lying low life lawyer. He represents criminals and slumlords like James Pietsch. James Pietsch was gulity of fraud for his business Interstate Rehab in California brought against him by the federal government. James ended up settling out of court for over $250K to the federal government. https://www.dailynews.com/2009/04/13/glendale-therapy-whistleblower-case-settled/ James Pietsch is also illegally operating a 5 unit rental that is zoned for a single family occupancy at 332 Front St., Lahaina, HI. Thomas Cole is well aware of all of his client's criminal behavior and he is being used as a bully for the slumlord James Pietsch against his tenants. Thomas Cole illegally held back rental deposits from tenants when he was well aware that he was breaking the law and had no legal grounds to do so. If you want an honest and good attorney and one that fights for the truth, then don't waste your time hiring this criminal goon.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
