A bad experience from the beginning. Slam dunk CS arrears case-stated she could take it from start to end for a low retainer. Used up 3x retainer before filing a paper w/court. Terrible communication-haven't been able to speak to any lawyer at firm for 15 minutes total despite a bill that is now over $20K. Could not remember my name in court in front of the judge. Still do not have a findings & order after hearing despite 13+ mos & 5 CMC dates. Whitaker is bad news. Going in pro-per ASAP

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
