During the closing of my last house purchase, the law firm was more helpful than the real estate agents! When I had questions I couldn't get answered, they helped me, even if it meant calling around for me to get answers they couldn't provide - and at no additional cost. The day of closing, they were friendly, organized, and efficient. Buying a home is stressful, and dealing with such a great firm made it a little bit easier.
I have worked with the firm for several years, principally with Mr. Howard Sykes for personal (wills, estates) etc. Mr. Levy advises me on residential leasing matters. The firm, usually Mr. Sykes handles many of my real estate closings, both professional & personal.
Very hard to get Mr. Sykes to return phone calls and emails. Poor communication with his clients.
