Roger Whitus, specifically, has represented me on numerous occasions with positive final outcomes for me in the courtroom. Mr. Slipow was very rude and short every time we spoke, after I gave him a huge chunk of my savings in cash of course. On our initial meeting he was very polite and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Then he decided to take a vacation and didn't have the decency to let me know that a colleague would be representing me instead. I GOT A PHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE MY COURT DATE INFORMING ME OF THIS!!!!!!!!!!! I advise against anyone else hiring him as legal counsel.

Requests for information regarding my case would not be answered for up to 3 weeks at a time. The defendant's insurance information was not looked into (She was underinsured), and I was not given this information until a week before the original trial date. Mary Kellam would act highly inconvenienced if I requested to speak with her or question an action they were taking. Her irritation escalated to the point of her threatening to drop my case. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend.
