Macayla Nicolaison, a native of Tidewater, Virginia, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Liberty University, with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising. Her diverse professional background includes roles as a technical writer, sales manager, and medical practice manager, along with founding several small businesses. This expansive experience has equipped her with exemplary skills in human resources, insurance, sales, marketing, and financial management, enhancing her ability to build and optimize corporate assets and cash flow.
As an attorney, Macayla assists organizations, entrepreneurs, and business owners in structuring, navigating, and safeguarding their assets and visions. Her journey through various fields sparked a passion for connecting the dots, ultimately leading her to pursue a law degree from Regent University School of Law. She is committed to helping clients develop high-value businesses and protecting their efforts through estate planning.
Macayla also advises non-profit organizations and churches on corporate law and safeguarding religious freedom rights. As an adjunct faculty member at Regent University’s Graduate School of Communications, she has taught Media Law and Ethics, among other subjects. Outside of her professional life, Macayla enjoys family time with her husband, Luke, and their four children, Anika, Axel, Piper, and Liv.
