Law Office of Timothy Wade Roof

I ran into Mr. Roof by accident, working on a friend's legal case. I found an issue that Mr. Roof had been peripherally involved in, a decade earlier. I took the problem to him, and he immediately went to work to make it right, on the verge of departing to visit his elderly father. Later he helped my elderly mother with a Durable Power of Attorney. He was great with my mom. Last time, he helped my mother with her will. She loves him, and his assistant, Carla. There were a few people stopping by the office, and they were warm and congenial and one, who kindly came by to witness my mother's will, said she was so glad Mr. Roof had come to their building. Kindness just seemed to resonate from the office. Not my usual experience when dealing with legal matters.

Run don't walk away from Mr. Timothy Wade Roof. He talked a good game but was two-faced in the end. When all was said and done with equitable distribution he represented not me who had hired him but instead took his allegiance and sided with the other side my ex and the defendant's attorney. When the time came for equitable distribution he lied to the courts and stated that the order was correct when it was flawed. All he had to do was to correct his mistake! I am not the finest weed in the dispensary but I do something about the calculations and although he admitted to me the order was wrong he didn't have the galls to tell the courts and amend the order. Your better off, finding an attorney that will look after your best interests and not backstab you in the end!

This was the first time that I have needed an attorney. It has been the worst experience of my life. Tim Roof was more helpful to my opponent, and her lawyer than representative of my case. I would advise against hiring him to represent anyone. Useless you want to be lead astray, by what I consider an incompetent attorney. This is my personal opinion from having dealt with Tim Roof, and his law firm. Subpar representation. I had to “TERMINATE” him immediately.(end)
