Hired Attorney Mary Elizabeth Davis

I had nothing but a good experience during my divorce. From the time I agreed to render her services, I got nothing but the BEST from her! I got more than I desired in the divorce. She took into consideration every aspect on my divorce. It was a very comfortable setting when I met with her during the divorce. She took her time and explained all the legal terms and procedures so I could make sound decisions. I highly recommended her to several of my friends!

Hired Attorney Mary Elizabeth Davis

I started divorce proceedings in VA in 2007, selecting Ms Davis while she was with Hofheimer. Throughout the case, which finally was settled in Jan 2012, Ms. Davis was consistently professional and knowledgable when the case became ugly. She always gave the advice that I needed to help me make good decisions, when good decisions were hard to make. Being her own boss is the best move ever! It gives her more freedom to be an even better attorney and make the choices in her cases that she wants.

The issue that I had with Davis Law Firm was settled. Ms Davis was simply unaware of her paralegal`s actions as far as billing went. We came to a mutual understanding and resolved the problem. She is a professional and deserves good help

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
