I hired heather Hinton in a divorce I paid 3.500 dollars my ex wife walkout aug 27 2021 my ex wife got 95 percent of the property in the home a 2007 motor home I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V in 2015 for 35.000 for her the value of the 2014 20.000 I thought I would get half the value I received nothing my ex wife got half of my retirement heather Hinton could not explain why I did not get half the value I got short change would not hire her
this attorney and her staff are rude and do nothing to assist their client. They behave as if they arent hired to perform for the client but the other party. This lady more than one occasion gave wrong date to be in court other time gave the wrong time. It is always at 1030 and all of sudden it changed to 830 .I live 100 miles away so the 1030 works best. She knows that. She proceeded to tell me that I better get there when still 75 miles and she allowed the judge to continue without me. She could of postponed until after lunchtime. She did nothing but harm my custody case. She knew that the petitioner lied about the childs past residence on intitial documents did nothing. She knew of the assault she did to me 1 year prior no mention to judge. Police record and video nothing. she never even attempted to rebut the presumption for my case allowing the real abuser custody. Worse I beliebe that her manager is related to petitioner investigation underway . run from this place save ur money
