Hired Attorney Frank Malatesta

Worst experience of my life. Would not recommend this attorney. No respect for their clients. Contacted the law office for advice. Attorney had no intention of building a relationship or repor. Talked to me like I was just another $, never have i ever been spoken to like this in my life.

One of the worst lawyers I ever dealt with, sat on my case for one year and then allowed the courts time to run out with no time allowed to hire a real Attorney, a Total WASTE of My money and time !!!

If the case isn’t supported by evidence, then it's unethical to proceed with litigation. This client had a minimum of 30 - 90 days to find an attorney. The reason he or she couldn’t find counsel is because the case was poor.
