I lost a ton of money, including the brand Ned appliances that I paid cash for. The house sold for 65k under assessed value, we all know market value is more. I put all the money down on the house and almost 19 years later I walked away with less then my down payment. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night, he's a snake.
