Worked with Susan for a patent, was pleased with the turnaround and her expansive knowledge in the STEM patent and trademark field. Would highly recommend her services in the future.

Susan has reached out to ask us to write a review after the work that she completed for us. Susan was courteous and professional. All of our requirements were met in a timely fashion. As such, we would recommend her services and will contract her again.

TERRIBLE! She took our money and ran, claimed that she would set things right, but in the end she let our precious patent applications be abandoned and stopped responding to emails and phone calls. We will be pursuing legal action.

Susan is a fraud. We asked her to file patents in the United States and Canada and I emailed her 50 times to find out what was going on. She had taken the money, filed papers but never followed up and never responded to the patents office when they wrote her. We discovered that she had not responded to patent office communications and my patents were deemed abandoned. I wrote communications to the patent offices and was able to get them reinstated. I then filed a complaint with the law society in BC. I showed up to the hearing and she did not even show up. Don't give her a dime, run as fast as you can. She is not a lawyer, she was but she was disbarred. She calls herself a patent agent and that is a very loose, non-professional position.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON! I paid her $1,200 to draft a provisional. She took my money, took my product, didn't respond to ANY of my e-mails for almost 2 months and just casually sent me the draft she had written pretending like she did nothing wrong. I later came to find out that almost 90% of the draft was plagiarized!!! I did a simple google patent search and found this out for myself. This person should serve jail time, a quick search into her history will make that clear.
